Currently, I am a stay-at-home mama trying to keep up with my personal yoga practice and offering limited private yoga instruction. I began practicing in 2002 to cope with the stress of college, and when I moved to Anna Maria Island in 2012, I was inspired to follow my heart and become a yoga teacher. I love teaching Beach Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Gentle Yoga, and Restorative Yoga, as well as meditation and mindfulness techniques. Practicing out in nature is incredibly grounding, so I prefer to practice and teach outside as much as possible. As a guide, I try to create space for you to experience yourself more objectively, love and accept what you find inside, and let go of tension and habits that are no longer serving you.
