Inside each of us is a treasure of unlimited creativity, joy, and deep peace. Join Rachel for a yoga workshop filled with deep stretching, meditative breath work, and relaxation techniques. We will work gently into areas of tension and release them using positive visualizations and deep breathing. We will focus on cultivating peace in the mind and body through awareness, gratitude, and compassion.
